ICONIC DANCE: MILLENNIUM MOVES

Iconic Dance is back, alright!
 

It is not a bye bye bye to boyband moves – and oops, we are also going to do Britney again.

But this time around we are going to top it up with another banger in the mix: Christina Aguilera and her iconic genie in a bottle. 

Throughout October and november we are celebrating four of the most popular artists and songs from the millennium era. Back then it was Backstreet Boys vs. *NSYNC and Britney vs. Christina – now it’s everybody vs. everybody. Which choreography do you like the most? Come figure it out together with us – and get an awesome new party trick as well!  

Teacher and superfan Nick Hvidtfeldt will teach you all the original moves from the music videos and concerts of the former teenage sensations. That way you can live out your inner popstar! 

It is not a necessity to be an experienced dancer to participate. All that matters is that you love to dance and to have fun with others.

The choreographs will be done is the following order:

October 7: Backstreet Boys – Everybody (Backstreet’s Back)

October 14: Christina Aguilera – Genie in a Bottle

October 21: *NSYNC – Bye Bye Bye

October 28: Britney Spears – Oops!… I Did It Again

And we do it all over again in november:

November 4: Backstreet Boys – Everybody (Backstreet’s Back)

November 11: Christina Aguilera – Genie in a Bottle

November 18: *NSYNC – Bye Bye Bye

November 25: Britney Spears – Oops!… I Did It Again

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Price: 100 kr.

Room: ’Klubben’ on the 1st floor

Time: 1.30 pm – 3.00 pm

It is not allowed to wear outdoor shoes inside ‘Klubben’ so we dance in either bare feet, socks or indoor shoes. Also, it gets very hot so dress lightly.   

The lessons will be taught in English as well if needed.
