This yoga class is for the Silver Foxes. But you are also welcome if you just want to have a more slow-pace yoga practice. We are creating breathe-body connection and mindfully moving the whole body. We are stretching, strengthening, and challenging the balance.

About Lisbeth our teacher
Lisbeth truly believes that yoga is for everyone, and since 2013 she has been leading yoga to a wide variety of people.
Her focus is to create a safe and inspiring space, for you to create deep awareness of your body and empower you to find what feels good through mindful practice.
