LATE NIGHT YOGA: COSMIC YOGA

Join us when we once again transform our main hall in Absalon into one big cosmic yoga studio. Our own yogi Lisbeth Moseholm lead us through a smooth yoga flow to the sound of cosmic sound waves.
 

This yoga event is beyond any yoga event you have ever tried. With unique music and graphics special for the occasion we will transform Absalon into The Outer Space and you are invited to come along on your yoga mat. It will be nothing less than a cosmic experience. Lisbeth will lead you through a smooth Strala Yoga flow. Strala Yoga is inspired by the wisdom of Tai Chi and Qigong and stands out from any other yoga form with its focus on the process of moving more than making a pose. You will be guided to connect with your breath and let it support your moves to the music.
